• Jonathan Stern is a New York based property developer, with 20 years of applicable experience in similar developments, including the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus signature course located in Jupiter, Florida. Jonathan is also one of the founding partners of Temenos , Anguilla a golf, hotel and luxury housing resort in the Carribbean which will top R1 billion once completed.
• Antony Georgiou , who as project leader is responsible for all day to day aspects of the development. Tony, an accomplished businessman, was previously a partner in The Compleat Golfer Magazine and has been involved directly or indirectly with Golf Estates since their inception in South Africa . Tony has also developed Le Cerisier, a beachfront condominium development in Mauritius.
• Graeme Bosch , who has a number of years of appropriate experience in sales, marketing and project management of similar projects including Pezula and Elements Private Golf Reserve.
